Stephen Hawking, science’s brightest star, passed away March 14th, 2018. He was a British physicist and black-hole theorist who brought science to a mass audience with the best-selling book “A Brief History of Time”. We, at Geek Tank, are very saddened at this loss. He was a great scientist and an extraordinary man. He overcame the odds and had survived 55 years longer than the doctors gave him when he was first diagnosed with ALS. His work, courage, and legacy will live on for many years.
